We are not a rental platform; we are a private exchange club. No cash is exchanged for nightly stays. Our entire model is built on a community of trusted owners trading access, not renting to the public.
Home exchange platforms are built around swapping homes — often a primary home — directly with a stranger, at the same time, with all the coordination and discomfort that entails. JoyRidr is built around the recreational assets you already own. Our credit system means you share when it works for you, and book whenever you want. No direct swaps, no coordination nightmares, and no strangers sleeping in your bed.
You don't need one. Our Tier 2 membership is designed for owners of assets valued under $75,000. A travel trailer, a pair of jet skis, or a small fishing boat is your key to the exact same 24 free nights of adventure.
Your sharing commitment is capped based on your asset's nightly rate — typically between 10 and 40 nights per year. The higher your asset's rate, the fewer nights you're required to share.
